The world is like a class room that we learn everyday new circumstances and the new conditions is that, the international community is in opposition for us. Over years and years never crossed to Atlantic Ocean to reach United States of America which is the headquarters of world diplomacy, Cairo which is the venue of Arabia league and Jeddah which is the site for organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). A goal without action plant is like a day dream, as a daydream is a meal at which images are eaten.  Daydreaming is a situation that a person which a person denies a real situation surrounded him. There are tens of realities surrounded us which we disagree with its existence. The first one is that, the international community leading United States of America and United Nations united against Somali-land. According to the new world order, the rest of the world family members are just followers of the American policy. Below is Readout of under Secretary Sherman’s Meeting with Ahmed Silanyo, President of Somali-land .Yesterday, April 26, 2013, Under Secretary for Political Affairs Wendy Sherman met with Somali-land administration President Ahmed Silanyo. Under Secretary Sherman and President Silanyo discussed issues of mutual concern, including stability, democracy and governance, and the need to combat Al-Shabaab. The United States expressed support for continued dialogue between the Government of Somalia and Somali-land authorities, as took place in Turkey on April 13. The United States reiterated its strong support for a peaceful and united Somalia.

The Arab league was formed on 22 March 1945 and its six founding members were: Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Syria that Somalia is member is their main goal is “to draw closer the relations between member States and co-ordinate their political activities with the aim of realizing a close collaboration between them, to safeguard their independence and sovereignty is front runner against Somali-land recognition. Somalia joined the League of Arab States (Arab League) in 1974, becoming the first non-Arab member of that organization. A seat in the Arab League meant potential economic fortunes and political (military and diplomatic) support. After the civil war, it still retained its membership of the Arab League until today, even if by name (and recent attendance) only
The African union that Somalia is one of the founding members is against recognizing Somalia mainly for two reasons. One is reason is that in the event Somalia will be recognized, this will generate another groups may request splitting from a country which is at present united as a single entity. The second is that is that, the most influential members of the African union are Arab like Egypt, Sudan and Algeria that opposed powerfully against Somali-land. The international community leading by the united nation strongly believe many Somali-land tribes in our eastern regions are against separating from Somalia, as the ex united nations ambassador to Somalia  Dr. Augustine P. Mahiga informed reported to the united nations security council that our last local government elections did not take place 30 % of Somaliland territory.
The foreign policy of Somalia is not one it can shape on its own and the many visits of the Somali President and his key team abroad is the obvious indication of this. There have been early successes such as been the first Somali government to be recognized by the American administration since the collapse of the Somali State and hence the Liberal West as a whole, especially the UK where two major conferences have been held for Somalia so far. Somali president Hassan Mohamoud has very close relationship with Washington, Brussels by the European Union Qatar, turkey and most of Arab and Islamic countries, as he very intellectual and bright and  smart on diplomacy languages at the times of lobbing in close doors.  Politicians originated from Somaliland based on Mogadishu have stronger influence than our government when it come Somaliland recognition issues.  Many famous leaders originated from Somaliland campaigned against Somaliland prior holding influential positions in Somaliland. Tribalism, favouritism, corruption and partiality in many aspects have reach its peak and as a result generated diving society into various interest group that lacks common vision
somaliland three political parties did not have a common vision with regard to somaliland somaliloand its self and good indication is that, while speaking to the media on their way to Kenya to meet our donors, each one expressed his own vision different than the othertwo  with regard to their task in Kenya. The Somalia government which are at present negotiation with is not prepared at all recognizing somaliland. Puntland which is a member for the federal states of Somalia recognized by the internatinal community claims some regions of somaliland, as many believe somaliland is holding these region by muscle power and not the blessing for the people in these regions.  United Nations Security Council have passed tens of resolutions which all of them calls and reaffirms the total territorial integrity of Somalia is irreversible. Despite having their local difference, all Somalis are united against the recognizing Somali-land.  Considering all these which all of them documentable in the event required, where is the question of recognizing Somalia. In reality that did not exit slightly even 3 %. Zooming up, Those who believe that Somali land will be diplomatically recognized is like someone who eaten for a meal that he watched its image in a catalogue, as the whole internationally community is united against recognizing Somali-land. That is where we stand as for today and the future is not promising.Â
