Somalia : Armed gangs take over Dahabshiil HQ in Mogadishu , kill one guard

(SM)- Armed gangs entered the Head quarters of Dhabshiil money transfer company in Mogadishu today killing one security guard and a civilian , reports say .The gangs were immediately  surrounded by the Somali  security forces after they  have killed one of the security guards of the bankwhile forcefully entering the bank . A by standing civilian also died in the cross fire between the guards and the armed gang, local Somali websites have reported.

A Witness who owns a shop opposite Dhahabshiil told the press  that “ the gangs were thieves trying to rob the bank and upon entering the building,  the Somali forces arrived the scene and surrounded them “
Witnesses say that at least two of the gangs were inside the bank at the time of this  report and that some others have escaped the building . No stolen money was reported.
