The agreement which was signed by Somalia’s information and transportation minister Abdullahi Elmoge Hersi and The head of the International civil aviation organization (ICAO) Raymond Benjamin states millions of dollars that was held in the ICAO Trust fund will be transferred to the government of Somalia.
