Popularity is a community observable fact that dictates us who is best liked considering certain criteria of measurements based on genuine and authentic information. Since popularity is judged in a social context, the more people who support or know something or someone, the more popular it will then be judged. There is recognized benchmark to every purpose of title deed. For example if learners take on question paper, it is understood that, those who score first grades be gifted on first price and those last be encouraged to follow suit to those who stands the highest marks. However, I have noticed several times in somaliland that, those who stood last grades on examination paper was gifted the first price when the process should be a contrary, but actually today, common sense has worked.
