The Theater was leased to omar by the former government of Riyaaale and the present government and the mayor consider consider him self as more authoritative, more commanding,more physically powerful, but that is brain child thinking. Somaliland is peaceful country and that is what made the mayor to be elected, but if he create a crisis between brotherly societies, certainly, he will not remain in office. This mayor is recognized as the least respectable mayor in the history of Hargeisa. The people living in Hargeisa discovered the conspiracy against Omar Aidedd that he generated in his own hands. The mayor is against any noble person in the country and engages the pocket politicians. The mayor attempts every type of deeds even if that involved unclean principles to grab some unlawful deeds. Therefore, the city population need to remove him from office before he commits more shameful activities. Omar Aideed. In conclusion, the letter that he drafted with regard the theater has no legal affect and therefore, the same is null and avoid.
